Week start day for month view

I am getting ready to launch a redesign of my church’s website and will be using The Events Calendar Pro on the redesigned site. Everything is working fine with Events Calendar, but I’m getting some pushback from reviewers about the week start day for the month view. The month view starts weeks on Monday and ends with Sunday, whereas the normal American monthly calendars usually start weeks on Sundays and end on Saturdays. The reviewers find that having weeks start with Mondays is confusing.

Is there is way to change the week start day on the month view? I don’t see an option for this in the settings.

Hi,

You can change that with a WordPress setting.

Go to WordPress Settings > General > “Week Starts On”

Then change that to Sunday and the month view will now start on Sunday.
