Hello, I am getting an error that says “You are using The Events Calendar PRO but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.”

Is this due to us changing the site from dev.businessname.com to businessname.com and the plug-in is registered to the dev site? If so, how can we go about changing this?

I do believe that is the reason. Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/?
