Same issue as the others… it is an impossibility to search all event records to find any with “free” in the cost field… just too many…

And since the plugin is not throwing errors on our sister site 303triathlon.com… we suspect this is not related to the “free” vs “0” cost field dealio…

TEAM TRIBE – – PLease provide support asap on this.

***Had to turn this off on 303cycling.com so you will not be able to visit to see the error…

Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m really sorry this glitch is affecting you.

This happens when you have text in the cost field instead of a number.

Good news is that a fix has been developed and is in testing at the moment. If all goes well then it should be released within a week, hopefully even this week.

If you need a workaround solution until then, then downgrading to the previous version is the best solution at the moment.

I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. If you have ticked the “notify” checkbox, then you’ll get an email about it.

Hang in there, fix is on its way.
