ParticipantHello Forums,
We have the below error that occurs in the sidebar menu when hovering over the “Events” Tab. This error has been there through past verions of the plugin. We are hosted with GoDaddy and on a windows server 🙁
Can anyone provide any guidance about this?
Thank you!

ParticipantI have exactly the same error. It only appears when I activate the plug-in and then only in the menu additions added by the plug-in. The calendar display is garbled. I’ve just removed everything and re-installed the latest versions Events Calendar 3.0.3 and Events Calendar Pro 3.0.5 and the problem remains.

MemberHi Andrew, are you also operating with a Windows hosting environment and open_basedir restrictions in place?

ParticipantHi Barry,
Yes to both.

MemberHi Andrew/Misha – I’m not completely clear as to which menu you mean: can you be a little more specific and perhaps even illustrate by means of a screenshot (you can drop links in to images hosted on Droplr or Dropbox, for instance).
Thanks!

MemberOK, fellow team member Chris was able to confirm the problem and this does seem to be a valid bug – we’ll definitely aim to fix it as quickly as possible. In the meantime you may wish to turn off the display of errors and perhaps avoid using that particular link if it causes operational issues (beyond the display of the error itself).
Thanks!

ParticipantMy error message is identical to Misha’s (apart from the expected difference in paths)
Also my calendar page looks like this:

MemberHi Andrew: we’ve logged the filepath issue for Windows/IIS servers and the devs will address that as quickly as possible. For any other issues please create a new thread – thanks!
