Visibility of calendar

I am responsible for different websites and I have downloaded The Events Calendar on http://www.lillestol.no just to test it. I’ve created the first event, and I’m able to publish it on the front page with a picture. However, it is difficult to understand how I can publish the calendar month by month without having to click on a link. So far I have only managed to create a link on the following page: http://www.lillestol.no/?page_id=566. What should I do to make the calender visible without clicking on these links? (I have an older version called “Kalender” at the moment that I want to remove.)
