    When a logged-in user clicks on ‘View your Tickets’ on an Event page – the page that loads has no reference Order #4835: 2 Tickets reserved by NOF Administrator ([email protected]) on 8 September 2017

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with that.

    By default, the View your Tickets page doesn’t show the order status. You could customize the orders-tickets.php template file to also include the order status.
