view attendee meta overview info for multiple events in one place

Hi MT,

I’m loving ETP for my site and am underway selling lots of tix to my customers.

So, I need to provide my team with a daily global update on how all our events are going and at the moment I need to click ‘Attendees’ for each event individually, and note the details down that I find in the Attendees Meta ‘Overview’ section. With lots of events on sale (like up to 50 at a time), compiling this list is time consuming and inefficient. So, I want to know if there is a way I can see (e.g. running a report, or installing an add-on) for all of the events I have open (preferably filterable by category, but not absolutely necessary) a table of data with a row for each event for example:

Event_name | Ticket_type1 issued | Ticket_type1 available | Ticket_type2 issued | Ticket_type2 available | Total_tickets_Issued

Is this already possible? If not, is it in the works? If not, how would I approach writing a shortcode to put such a table into a page?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Unfortunately, there is no built-in functionality to have a global report of your events. However, I see that you are using WooCommerce to sell your tickets, so you can use WooCommerce reports to have a very detailed report of your event sales. I’d recommend you have a look at the following article > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/reports/

I have found a similar idea posted in our Uservoice > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/33304741-event-statistics-report so if that is the same feature request you have please add your vote to it. You can always create your own uservoice idea so other users wanting the same can vote for it.

You can also build some custom reports yourself, but would require some custom coding.
