‘View as’ drop down covers regular navigation drop down menus

I hope this is an easy one:
The View as drop down menu, showing list, month, week, etc is close proximity to my regular site navigation, and when a regular button is rolled over to reveal the drop down navigation for the site, it appears “behind” the View as menu. Not quite sure how to describe it without a screenshot, but I hope that’s clear.

I’m sure it’s a simple fix, but not sure what that fix would be. FYI, using a child theme of twenty twelve.

OK, strange. Is this specific to your child theme? If you revert to a plain copy of Twenty Twelve does it persist?

What if you deactivate all non-Modern Tribe plugins – does that resolve anything?

Sadly, no change.
Reverted to base twenty twelve theme and deactivated everything except TEC and TEC Pro.

You can implement this bit of CSS in your theme to remedy this:
.main-navigation li ul { z-index: 102; }
