I cannot recreate this issue and you’re using out-of-date software, so the first step here is to update your site’s software.
1. First update WordPress itself to its most recent version: 4.7.2 as of this moment.
2. Next, update The Events Calendar to version 4.4.1.
3. Then update Events Calendar Pro to version 4.4.1.
4. Once you do all of this, head to Settings → Permalinks in your site’s wp-admin. Once there, click “Save Changes” without actually changing anything. This may seem weird but refreshes permalinks on your site and so it might help here.
Once you do all four steps above, does anything improve with these issues?
