Everything is working great for our calendar plugin, except that in the calendar view, when you click to “View all X” on any given day, it leads to a 404. It seems to be pulling the correct permalink, but just doesn’t pull any content.

Hi, chapelboro. This is a great question! 🙂

I notice that you’re running a caching plugin on your site. Our users often report issues stemming from stale caches.

Have you tried going through the recommended troubleshooting steps of changing to a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve and disabling all other plugins? If so, did you see any change to the behavior?

Also, it would be very helpful if you would reply with the system information from the Help tab of the Events Calendar Settings page.

    Thanks! 🙂

I don’t think it’s from the cache plugin as we’ve cleared that before and the calendar has continued to have the trouble. I just went to clear it though, but the plugin is giving me trouble. I’ll try to get that sorted out, but as I said, I don’t think that’s the problem.

With the traffic our site gets, I’ll have to wait for the weekend or a late night to try disabling plugins or changing themes. We can’t really afford to be down during the week. As far as I know, when you disable a plugin and then enable it again all of the settings and everything will remain the same. I’ve just never done it on a site with as many plugins and as much customization as this site. I’ve only just taken it over so there’s plenty I’m still learning about all of the backend dealings.

Below is the requested system information. Thanks so much for you help!

Hi, chapelboro. Thanks so much for the detailed reply. This is super helpful!

It looks like the culprit is that you don’t have Day View enabled in your Events Calendar Settings. Because of this, there isn’t a page generated for your users to see.

Including that link in the Month View when Day View is not enabled will be fixed (and not appear) in an upcoming maintenance release. Until then, your best bet is to enable Day View.

Is there anything else I can help you with? 🙂
