    Very Upset- Spent $180 today to import 10 events & keeps saying bad license when I try and connect to Facebook. I will be switching my 10 clients away if we cannot fix fast.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue on your site!

    Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?

    Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

    Are you seeing this error if you go to the Facebook API?  If so, can you disconnect from there and reconnect?

    Can you do the same with your Event Aggregator license?  Sometimes it just takes a bit to set up, so sometimes that can help.
