Version issue: TEC and TECPro

I updated the Pro plugin to 3.5.2 and then got a red “Your version of The Events Calendar is not up-to-date with one of your The Events Calendar add-ons. Please update now.” But when I click the Please update now link it tells me the plugin is up-to-date. My TEC ver is 3.3.1 and I have no update link showing up for it. Please (other than probably I should have updated TEC prior to updating TECPro), what am I doing wrong and how do I get rid of this nasty red error? Thanks very much for your help and advice!

Howdy morgana,

That is strange! Fortunately it will likely be easy to fix. Here are the steps:

1. <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>Go here and click Download: http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ You will get a zip file that you could put somewhere on your computer temporarily.
   </span>
2. Now go to your site’s WP Admin, thenc click on Plugins, then click Add New. Near the top of this page you will see a link called “Upload”. Click that. Now use the upload form to find the zip you just downloaded. Once found, upload it and it will install/update. This might take a bit, but it will let you know when it is done.

You should be on the latest version now!
