GuestHi,
I have a few questions with respect to Events Calendar Pro and WooCommerce Ticket:
1. which template systems does it work with? Avada, Enfold, any, your own templates?
2. can I enter venues and show them from a single URL, displaying all the events at the venue? Also, can I add Venues to my navigation menu?
3. can I enter multiple tickets for a single event? Eg. Ticket prices for Teens, ticket price for adults, ticket price for resident, non-resident, etc.
4. can I sell tickets for recurring events? I THINK YOU ALREADY MENTIONED THAT YOU DON’T BUT ANY DATES FOR A RELEASE? Also multiple tickets (see previous question) for recurring events?
5. do you have a live demo with all your plugins installed for a test drive? An example of what we would like to do is to show a pool, along with the weekly classes available and pricing for different age groups and resident status.
This is all.
Thank you,

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in Events Calendar Pro and WooCommerce Ticket.
I have answered your questions below:
1. which template systems does it work with? Avada, Enfold, any, your own templates?
We build the plugin to work with WordPress themes such as Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, etc… And for the most part our plugin works with most of the theme’s out there, but some issues can come up and unfortunately, for the most part they are beyond the support we can provide to fix immediately.
2. can I enter venues and show them from a single URL, displaying all the events at the venue? Also, can I add Venues to my navigation menu?
Yes in Pro they have their own url and you can link to them in a menu
Here is an example of a venue page:
http://wpshindig.com/venue/unnamed-venue-4/
3. can I enter multiple tickets for a single event? Eg. Ticket prices for Teens, ticket price for adults, ticket price for resident, non-resident, etc.
You can enter multiple tickets, but there is no feature to show tickets based on who is seeing the tickets (users vs non users).
4. can I sell tickets for recurring events? I THINK YOU ALREADY MENTIONED THAT YOU DON’T BUT ANY DATES FOR A RELEASE? Also multiple tickets (see previous question) for recurring events?
When creating recurring events you cannot also create tickets for each event, you have to go back in edit each one individual, which also breaks them out of the recurring series.
5. do you have a live demo with all your plugins installed for a test drive?
Here is our demo:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

GuestHi Brian, thanks for your replies.
On the venues pages, can we add photos and descriptive texts? Also, is it possible to have web addresses for venues like:
http://www.mydomain.com/schools/school-name
http://www.mydomain.com/parks/park-name
http://www.mydomain.com/centers/center-name… without venues in the URL?
I saw your Shindig demo before, but I was interested in seeing the CMS side of the demo.
With respect to recurring events when you say “which also breaks them out of the recurring series”, does this mean the event in which I add a ticket no longer becomes part of the recurring event series?

MemberHi Peter,
There is no feature to change the permalinks, but it maybe some you can code yourself.
Also there is a way to edit the venue template, it uses the same method as our other templates. You can find more information on our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Since venues are another custom post type you could add custom fields to the editor and then edit the template following that guide to display them.
With respect to recurring events when you say “which also breaks them out of the recurring series”, does this mean the event in which I add a ticket no longer becomes part of the recurring event series?
Yep, if you edit a single recurring event it is no longer considered part of the series.
Thanks
