Venue Time Slots

Hello,

We’re currently looking to purchase this product, but I want to explain what we’re going to use it for and as. This will be soccer club with 100’s of teams. What we want to do is have the admin enter game schedule, but when it comes to practice, we would like to allow the teams (users) to book their own practices in the various venues (fields).

The one thing I want to ask about is whether we can restrict the venue’s availability to certain time-slots and days? Some fields are only available on Wednesdays for example, so is there a way that can be achieved through this product?

Unfortunately, that feature does not come built-in to our plugin (booking a venue). It could probably be accomplished with some template customization.

You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

As an alternative, you could use tickets to book a venue. It wouldn’t be perfect, but it would allow you to limit the availability (1 ticket per time slot / per venue).
