Venue, Maps, recurrance and Organizer Missing

This information is not showing up even though entered and enabled. Could be theme incompatibility but I could optionally write a shortcode. I am under the gun here. website went live before I realized this plugin is not functioning properly.

I apologize, I jumped the gun a bit. I changed the template to default events template (from default page template) and it seemed to fix the issue. The only issue I have now is that my site’s menu is repeatin after the event body. No other pages throughout the site exibit this behavior. how can I fix this? I didn’t see this code in the template file.

I am marking the css for the content to display:none you may have to view source on page and search for id=”sidebar” (the container appears directly after event data)

Hi stjoesreading,

If using the Default Events Template and you want to get rid of the sites default sidebar you can either do what you did (not as ideal) or edit the view template which is located in /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/views/ecp-single-template.php – make a copy of that and place in an ‘events’ folder in your theme and then remove or comment out line 29 which calls the sidebar.
