ParticipantWe imported some events from one site to another. On the new site, the venue in some, but not all of the events did not appear correctly. I try to manually override the venue, but it doesn’t change when saved.
Strangely, Instead of showing a venue, it shows the name of one of the other pages of the website. On some events there are also two separate venues listed and I can’t delete the second one.
Is this connected to the above problem?

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
Are you exporting from another site using The Events Calendar? Can you please send me a link to the site that you exported from, as well as a link to the file that you imported so that I can test this out on my end?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for sending the link!
I tested this out in my local environment, but the venues were coming in correctly for me. Can you try importing again in a default environment (all other plugins disabled and a default theme enabled) and see if you are still getting the same thing?
I also tried to check out the site you’re importing to, but it looks like it’s password-protected. Can you open this up temporarily so that I can take a look?
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantNever mind. I couldn’t wait so I recreated all of my events.
Thanks anyway.
