    Hi,

I’m having problems with the position of venue info and google map on my dev site e.g. here
    http://176.32.230.46/rockbakehouse.co.uk/class/buttercream-cake-decorating-techniques-5/

Any ideas why this might be happening and how to fix it?

    Thanks

    Hi Jean.

I see you’re posting from an account that has a license for Event Tickets Plus but not The Events Calendar PRO.

Our PRO add-on allows you to manually enter coordinates to override a Venue’s latitude and longitude from the Google Maps API.

My suggestion is to type the address into Google Maps’ website and see where they locate it and if that’s incorrect.

Please let me know how things go for you.

Thanks, I’m working on a client’s site and she has purchased events calendar pro.

The issue isn’t what the map is displaying but where on the page it is showing. Please see attached screenshot.
As you can see the venue details and map are offset and I can’t work out why.
Any help would be gratefully received.
    Thanks,
    Jean

Jean, thanks for the additional context. However, our support is limited to user accounts with active licenses and are limited to supporting non-standard WordPress themes (e.g. Twenty Fifteen), per our Scope of Support / Terms.

As a bit of help, though, I noticed:

    • There are console errors at your site. If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.
    • I saw CSS applied from http://176.32.230.46/rockbakehouse.co.uk/class/buttercream-cake-decorating-techniques-5/ @ Line 763 that overrides another rule at Line 611 that overrides the CSS rule coming from our plugin.

I hope things get sorted out for you fixing your custom CSS and other items.
