Venue Address and Map do not show up now after update to pro

Using the Avada theme, ran compatibility test. Checked Map on settings and in each event entry. Made sure venue locations were entered and saved. After upgrade to Pro, no maps or venue locations info shows on calendar. http://www.moneysmartkc.org Troubleshooting guide was no help.

Hi Ron. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

There aren’t any known issues that would affect this.

Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please share:

• your System Information
• a link to an event that should have a mapped Venue
• the wp-admin editor page of the Venue that should be appearing (so we can see what address you’ve entered and how you’ve got it entered)
• any other information you think might be helpful

Same here (German version PRO 4.1, and core 4.1.0.1) Venue is not shown, but the link to Google maps works.

It showed the venue in the core version 4.1, which unfortunately broke links. So it seems that it is not a plugin conflict issue.

The issue has been solved. While reviewing the settings I noticed that the page template was on !00% Width. I changed it to “Default Event Template” and all is working now. Thank you for your help!
