Venue – additional information, custom taxonomy, etc…

Hi,

I’m considering purchasing The Event Calendar Pro.
Before purchase, I need to know if it’s possible to do what I want to do.

Q1 – will it work on local environment?
I’m constructing demo site on my local environment using MAMP.
Will pro version work on my local site(on my laptop)?
Once I finish to customize, I’ll move these files to my website.

Q2 – difference between pro and free
I’ve done some customizes with free version of The Events Calendar.
Can I use the files I’ve already customized with pro version?
