    Hola:

    Tengo pensado vender entradas en varios lugares que tenemos creado. Por ejemplo en https://rondainfinita.info/lugar/caminito-del-rey/

    En este caso, se ha producido la venta de unas entradas que no se han confirmado por un error del cliente en la tarjeta de crédito. Sin embargo, si edito el evento y hago clic en el enlace “Asistentes” , me aparece una página en blanco con el siguiente mensaje “Lo siento, no tienes permisos para acceder a esta página.”

    El pedido sí puedo verlo, pero necesito entrar en Asistentes para ver lo que han puesto en los datos adicionales que solicitamos.

    This is what I’m working with, so we’re on the same page:


    I plan to sell tickets in several places that we have created. For example, at https://rondainfinita.info/lugar/caminito-del-rey/

    In this case, there have been sales of tickets that have not been confirmed by a customer error on the credit card. However, if I edit the event and click on the “Attendees” link, I get a blank page with the following message “Sorry, you do not have permissions to access this page.”

    The order yes I can see it, but I need to enter Attendants to see what they have put in the additional data that we request.


    So if I understand correctly you can click on the ‘Orders’ link and you see the orders page, but when you click on ‘Attendees’ then you see that message.

    What is the WordPress user level you are using? Is it Administrator, Editor, Author… ?

    What kind of event is it? Is it a Community Events submitted by someone?

    Who created the event / who is the author / owner of the event? Is it the same user?

    Does this happen with all events that have tickets? If not, only to some, can you pinpoint a difference in the events?

    Hi András:

    The url ……. is a place, not an event.

    The user level is Administrator
    The place was created by me. I do not see anywhere, where the owner appears (as it appears in the events)

    At the moment I’m not trying to sell tickets elsewhere. The sale at the events works correctly.

    Thanks for clarifying that for me.

    I will need to check that with the developers, but it looks like we might have a bug in the plugin.

    Hi Antonio,

    It looks like the “Sorry, you do not have permissions to access this page.” when trying to access the attendee list of a Venue is a bug. I will log this and our developers will take a look at it.

    Can you share with me how you got the ticket form to show on the Venue page? Because I’m having trouble with that. 🙂

    Note:

    The url you are taken to when clicking on ‘Attendees’ is like this:

    http://domain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_venue&page=tickets-attendees&event_id=32598)

    If you change the ‘post_type’ part to “post” in the url like below, then it might take you to the attendee list:

    http://domain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=post&page=tickets-attendees&event_id=32598)

    Let me know if that works for you.

    I have replaced in the url tribe_venue by post and now I can see the attendees.
