VAT number not on invoice

Though my Account includes VAT number it is not mentioned on invoice.

Can you clarify which “Account” you are referring to? And can you also share a screenshot of where you see this VAT number?

Hi Georges,

My issue is resolved.

First confusion was in the fact that when clicking on View of one of the Recent Orders in the Account page, you get on the next page not mentioning VAT anywhere while showing the links “Print this page” OR “save as .PDF”. This gives the impression that something will be printed or saved without mentioning VAT.

Another confusion because the second link does not actually saves a PDF but leads to a knowledgebase article.

It was by trying the “Print this page” link that I found out in print preview that VAT was certainly included. 🙂

My suggestion would be to mention that VAT will be included though it is not shown on the page and change link “save as .PDF” to “HOWTO save as .PDF”. Hope this helps.
