    Hi there,

I’ve been using a handful of the tribe plugins for awhile now and we have the QR code generation enabled for when people buy tickets.

We want our promoters to be able to utilise an app to talk to the REST API and for customers to login and see what Events they have are attending.

With this, I want to be able to give users the ability to load up the QR code inside the app for promoters to scan.

I want to know if the QR code and other event data is available on a per User basis?

    Thanks!

Can I politely bump this thread?

    Hello Nick,

Thanks for reaching out to us with your question.

At the moment only The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO support the REST API. Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus is on our long term roadmap, but not there yet, thus ticket information and QR codes are not yet accessible via the REST API.

When a ticket is purchased by a visitor they will receive an email including the QR code, if that helps.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Cheers,
    Andras

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
