ParticipantIs there any way to force use of PST/MST/EST time zones instead of the UTC designation? We just installed Event Aggregator and all of the Facebook imports are using UTC. I followed the instructions here thinking perhaps they just needed to be updated/synced, but it did not help. Any guidance you can provide would be a great help.
As a side note, any plans to allow bulk import of Eventbrite events (e.g., importing all events listed on an organizer’s page)? The lack of ticketing / call-to-action in the Event Aggregator makes it less useful than we had hoped.

MemberHi, Castel.
This is a known issue that is going to eventually get fixed.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page for Eventbrite Tickets.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

MemberHi there!
Just wanted to share with you that there’s been an update to our Event Aggregator service which includes a fix for this issue.
There’s no need to update any plugins to make this work, as it works from our side. Just use the Event Aggregator service as you’d normally do.
Please let us know if the fix works for your site.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
