Is there any way to force use of PST/MST/CST/EST time zones instead of all the cities? When users submit a new event, it defaults to Chicago timezone (which is accurate for us in Austin). However, there are just so many city choices that we’d like to simplify it with PST/MST/CST/EST. Any guidance you can provide would be a great help.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. Is there any way to force use of PST/MST/CST/EST time zones instead of all the cities?
Unfortunately that is not possible at the moment.
Unless you proceed to a customization, of course. But you should know that we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be available, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as it is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this top priority item through.Best regards,

Just wanted to share with you that there’s been an update to our Event Aggregator service which includes a fix for this issue.
There’s no need to update any plugins to make this work, as it works from our side. Just use the Event Aggregator service as you’d normally do.
Please let us know if the fix works for your site.
Best,
