If I sell tickets in Norwegian krone (NOK) and offer he user the option to change language to English, the currency symbol changes from NOK to the local currency. Then the price for the event is not displayed correctly. Is there an easy remedy for this?

    Hi, steinaan. That’s a great question! 🙂

Since you’re talking about the workings of the WooCommerce engine more than the WooCommerce Tickets add-on, the ninjas at WooThemes support will probably be your best resource for a definitive answer here. If they have any questions for us, please let us know!

    Thanks! 🙂

    Hi Kelly,
I found an immediate solution by simply omitting the space in between the currency symbol and the amount like this in the WooCommerce option: kr690 instead of kr 690. The Google transaltion engine would not understand how to translate this syntax/expression and leave the currency symbol alone, but this is not the best way so I hope that someone comes up with a good solution to this.

Hi, steinaan. I’m very glad to hear that you found a work around, even if it’s not ideal.

Please do let us know if the WooNinjas have any thoughts about the behavior!

Since it sounds like this is resolved for the moment, I’m going to close this thread. Feel free to open a new one if there are any new developments! 🙂
