Using Event Calendar but having some teething problems – would a Pro work

Hi,

A developer has helped us built an event listing site and they used the Event Calendar Plug In.
Mostly everything is fine but we are having issues now linking the photos to the events after the two sets of files have been uploaded.
The keyword search isnt working quite as it should.
The favourites icons keep coming and going.
There is an element of customisation in place at the moment which may also complicate the process.

I like the plug in and have no problem paying for the Pro level but only if it will assist in resolving any of these issues or has other tangible benefits – and as long as it doesn’t wipe out the customisation that we have sepnt some time on.

Hi there,

Thanks for considering our products. If you upgrade to Pro you will lose the customizations since those were done on the regular plugin. The Filter bar addon will give you search capabilities. In regards to the photos, they work the same on both calendars so the only thing I could see you benefitting from at this point is the keyword search.
