using custom post types

I am creating a site where the client wants to offer training events. They want to create a sales page for each event and have it saved as a custom post type which is searchable by category. They also want to utilize a calendar to display these events in calendar or list view. In the calendar, they want it to be searchable by “miles from zip code.” Will your plugin allow this?

Our plugin is integrated with Google maps but does not include the feature you describe.
