i would like to know if is possible to register events in a custom database

Thanks for reaching out! As our calendar events are structured as custom WordPress post types, they share the same databases that are used for other WordPress posts and cannot be easily relocated. I’m sorry to disappoint. 🙁 Depending on your needs here, you may find some use in exporting events for external applications.
