Users creating paid event announcement

Is it possible to allow visitors or users of a site create paid announcements (charging a fee for allowing to post items on the calendar) of events on the calendar that can be viewed by others?

This is unfortunately not possible at this time with our plugins. 🙁 It would only be possible if you did some extensive custom coding.
