Users can not view event or ticket details. Events pro and woo tickets.

When I am logged in as the web admin I can view everything just fine. but when I am either not logged in at all or logged in as a customer I can only see the events and add to my cart I can not actually view the event page. Please help

Hi there – I’m sorry you’re hitting up against difficulties.

I took a look at your site and found at least one single event page, complete with ticket form, and was able to progress through to the cart page.

Does this only impact a limited number of single event pages and can you point me to a specific example?

there was a plugin that was preventing everything from showing up. I had to turn them off in and back on several times to actually find it.
