ParticipantHi there
I am looking to see how to do the following: On eventbright when you specify that you need certain information per ticket the customer needs to fill this out during the checkout process ie. Name of the person for the ticket, the company name, dietary requirements. So if they purchased 3 tickets they need to fill in 3 peoples names and their dietary requirements before checkout. Is this a capability we can do with woo tickets and if so what is the process or is there a plugin to add this to the tickets in checkout. Please let me know.
Thanks

ParticipantHey Bianca (and Ross),
At this time, doing something like this would require a lot of custom coding beyond the scope of our forums here. However, we do have a plugin called Ticket User Meta coming out publicly some time in the not-too-distant future – I don’t have a specific release date to share with you, unfortunately.
So basically, at this moment if you need this functionality, then yes, it is indeed possible but would require a lot of custom coding. If you need this urgently and are interested in hiring someone to build this featureset for you, you can email us at [email protected] and we can share a list of freelancers that we recommend.
But if you can wait a few months, then we have an official solution coming for this soon.
Sorry if any of this information is a disappointment – let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!
Cheers,

ParticipantI too would love to be able to do this. Better if you can define what do you mean for “few months”.
We need it as soon as possible.April 11, 2015 at 5:47 am #954768George
ParticipantHey Franco et. al,
Unfortunately, at this time, “a few months” is about as specific as I could personally be on this – we have hopes to get the plugin out before summertime is in full swing, but we don’t want to make promises since we put a lot of time into testing out plugins and assuring they’ve gone through several Quality Assurance passes with flying colors.
It’s a process that takes some time but will be worth it – your patience, along with the patience of many other customers eagerly awaiting this functionality, means a ton.
Stay tuned to updates!
