User permissions and localization

Hi there,

two more things:

FIRST:

User permissions: is it possible to change permissions for event creators? I am using WPFront User Role Editor for changing permissions for users.

Actual situation – event creator A can use details of creator B – and it’s weird.
Please see image link at the end.

SECOND:

Localization – A few unlocalized strings, which I am unable to find with CodeStyling Localization plugin.
Please see image link at the end.

Hi Tomas,

If you could share the translation corrections in our translations forum that would be awesome and would help to ensure those changes are all integrated as quickly as possible 🙂

With regards to the user permissions issue, I’m not quite sure I understand.

Do you mean that some users are not permitted to use organizers created by other users? Do you know that this is the result of changes you made via WPFront User Role Editor?

SECOND:

I think that if ADAM as event organizer create ORGANIZER DETAILS and EVENT PLACE.
JOHN as another event organizer can see and use the same ORGANIZER DETAILS and EVENT PLACE as ADAM – I thought, that everyone can see and use only ORGRANIZER DETAILS AND EVENT PLACES entered by themselves not also ORGRANIZER DETAILS adn EVENT PLACES of others.

Is it more clear now? 🙂

Yes, I think so.

So if Adam creates an organizer, you don’t want John to be able to re-use that information in his own events?

If so, I’m afraid there is no built-in mechanism to facilitate this and you’d need to implement the logic needed to enforce such a restriction by means of a customization.

If you think this would generally be useful to others we’d certainly be open to any feature request you might post along these lines – and that would also allow others to support and “up-vote” your idea 🙂
