Hi,
in my website users are “subscriber” but without access to wp-admin.
I need to allow them to insert their events with a form in front-end.
With “The events calendar pro” can i do this implementation?

For users to submit events on the front end, you’d need Community Events.

Do review the features mentioned on Events Calendar Pro to see if you also will make use of that.

sorry but I didn’t understand how it works.
“Events Calendar Pro” and “Community Events” are not the same plugin?
I have to buy “ECP” or “CE” to have the users submission form?

Yes, Community Events https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events is a different product than Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro.

Community Events has the submission form.
