Hi,
can i use it for franchise website that needed a separate calendar for each location. and can be manageable separately in admin area and filterable in front-end.
for example all of these feature can be used sepetatly in different independent calenders. and each of our franchises account assigned to their calendar and in the UI we could filter the calendar for that specific organization in their page

If you’re looking for a setup that will allow for one site to display different calendars on different site sections, I’d suggest taking a look at the category functionality that’s built into The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO! By assigning events for each franchise location to specific categories, you can link to a single category to display a calendar with only the events for that category on a page. Our WP Shindig demo site has categories assigned to its events so you can see how this works on a live site–here’s one example of a category-specific calendar.
