Use event aggregator to pull in events from 2 other TEC sites?

I am trying to understand how the ‘hub” concept works. If I have site #3 who wants an event calendar, but I don’t want them to duplicate all the work of manually entering events, can we pull in events from two other public sites that run The Events Calendar? I don’t know if it helps but I manage those other two sites as well and they run Events Calendar Pro.

Hey Laura

Since The Events Calendar 4.5, any sites using that version or higher can be auto-imported into a site that has Event Aggregator activated.

Thanks. Just to clarify – is this a one-time import of events or is it an automatic refreshing of events pulled from the other two calendars?

Hey Laura

You can do either! Most people use it as a way to schedule automatic imports from other sites. We initially limit it to fetch up to 3 months ahead to help preserve your server performance, but you can bump that out if you find it isn’t a problem.
