Urgent: Register button disappeared for event organizers

I purchased and installed Filter bar and Woocommerce Ticket plugins. I had already installed The event calendar Pro and Community event. Now when I Click on Add an event (as new user), I am asked for login ID and password but register or sign-up option has disappeared, that was available prior to installing new plug ins. I need help immediately since, I am presenting my projects to industry leaders. Please help.
