Please i need urgent help.
On my ticket page, i have 5 tickets, two people used the coupon codes provided to them to register for the wrong ticket type. Please is there a way i can edit the ticket to change their ticket type either from the wordpress or from the database?

Thanks so much for reaching out again!

You can move the attendee to another ticket type.  The following tutorial should be able to give you some more specifics on how to do that:
