Upload image for the ticket header.

Hi, in the tickets editor section there is an option that says “Upload image for the ticket header” and an image can be uploaded. Where does this image show on the front end?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Actually, by default, it is not meant to be shown on the front-end, but rather on the emailed ticket itself.

With that in mind, if you wanted to, you could probably have it show somewhere else as well.
It would require a bit of template customization on your end.

You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
