I purchase a single license Pro and am trying to upload it in order to use it in one of the sites on our website. However when I try to upload it, it tells me the install failed because the directory already exists. I’m sure I’m probably missing something obvious. Any help you can provide would be great.
Thanks,
Bob

When you go to Plugins » Installed Plugins, do you see Events Calendar Pro already installed?
If uploading this way does not work, I’d recommend going through your webhost’s file manager or FTP to WP-Content » Plugins » Events Calendar Pro. You can delete this file, manually upload the plugin zip file and unzip it in the /plugins folder. Then view your Plugins » Installed Plugins from the WP dashboard again and see if that method works.
