upgraded license but still showing that it needs upgraded?

    I renewed my license but its still showing as not renewed, any ideas?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues with this.

    I went ahead and extended your license for one year.

    You should now see it in your account.

    By chance did you renewal from using a link in an email or from your license page on our website?
