upgrade ticket option – Event Tickets Plus s

Is there a way to upgrade regular purchased tickets to VIP in the system? Currently those that are purchasing regular tickets are being sent an email with a link to a product in woocommerce (VIP UPGRADE) and we are upgrading them that way but is there a way to do it so that their ticket updates in Event Tickets Plus?

Interesting question, Chris! I’m afraid the best way to go about it is exactly the way you;re doing it — short of actually performing a full refund and processing a new transaction.
