Hi Jody! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry you’re hitting some trouble here with the PRO license settings.
Have you installed and activated The Events Calendar PRO? Both The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar PRO will need to be installed and activated in order to see the Licenses tab in the settings options.
If you need to download a fresh copy of The Events Calendar PRO, you can snag that here on this site by logging into your account, then heading over to My Account > Downloads.
Please give that a shot and let me know what you find. 🙂
