Upgrade price is wrong

    I’m trying to upgrade from Personal to Business using the process described in the FAQ. It’s adding the upgrade version of the Business licence to my cart, but the price is set to $149. My understanding was that I would only have to pay the difference between the Personal and Business licences.

    Also, can you confirm when the upgraded licence will renew? If it is on the date the first licence is purchased, then will the cost of the upgrade be pro-rated for the remainder of the year before renewal is due?

    I’m so sorry this is happening. We are aware of this upgrade license bug and are working on fixing that.
