    It seems the the migration of the events from 1.6.4 went OK, but neither the calendar or events detail are displaying. Before I activated the PRO version when I clicked on the “View all events” link on the Home page the calendar page would just show the heading but nothing else would be displayed. When I checked the source code it seems the page starts to load but then stops.
    After I activated the PRO version now I have nothing showing on the Home page, no archived events and no link to “View all events”

    Problem resolved. I am using the Suffusion theme and for version 1.6.4 there was a custom events folder inside the Suffusion theme containing the following PHP files: gridview.php, list.php, and single.php. This does not seem to be required for version 2.0.9 and removing the folder solved the problem.
