    Dear Event Calender,

How can I upgrade my Event Calender PRO account from Personal (on 1 site) to Buisiness (on 3 sites)?

I have to be sure that the Event Calender PRO plugin is NOT in conflict with the Divi-Theme from Elegant Themes. Please let me know if that’s true.

    Order #1243620 @ 22-02-2017
    Billing Adresse: Chantal Design ’92

    Thanks in advance!

    Greetings,
    C.H.M. Hendriks

    Good evening and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

How can I upgrade my Event Calender PRO account from Personal (on 1 site) to Buisiness (on 3 sites)?

This is typically accomplished via your license key page (look for the upgrade link under each product): https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/

I have to be sure that the Event Calender PRO plugin is NOT in conflict with the Divi-Theme from Elegant Themes. Please let me know if that’s true.

That is correct, we have a large number of customers using Divi alongside the Events Calendar successfully.

We even have an extension to make that super easy: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/elegant-themes-divi-theme-compatibility/

Shall you still bump into any issue, we’ll gladly help you finish up your setup.

    Have a great day!

    Thanks for you responce.

    1. The Upgrade option is the normal price for a new plugin for 3 websites. Don’t I get any discount? My Personal Lincence key is still more then 3 month valid (Expires on: Feb 21st, 2018), but I have to order a complete new one for 3 websites at the normal annual price of $ 149.

    2. I installed the Divi compatibility extension alongside the Events Calendar plugin (not PRO) but still have issues with Divi. I cannot use the [Divi Visual Builder] because of Plugin conflict with your Events Calendar plugin.

    Hope you can help.
    Thanks in advance!

    Good evening,

    Thank you for writing back.

You are absolutely right. Our apologies.

When something like this happens, after a backup of your database, we typically recommend downgrading back to the last working version of our plugins on your site.

I recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

More specifically, rolling back to the Events Calendar Pro 4.4.18 fixes the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a solution for this.

Alas, I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
The other set of good news is that this should receive a high priority based on our large Divi customer base.

Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good evening,

Just a quick follow-up to let you know that the conflict between the Events Calendar, Divi and the customizer has been resolved with the latest version of the Events Calendar Pro and Divi.

Give it a try if you can.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.
