Upgrade charging me again

    I’m a developer, I’ve bought a single site license for event tickets plus and now I want to upgrade to business however it’s charging me the full $149 for the upgrade. Surely I can pay the difference of $60 to upgrade?

    IS there anyone there? If I can’t get this sorted today I’m going to have to buy a different product

    I’m so sorry about the delay. Can you tell me if you were trying to upgrade from Event Tickets Plus page or My Account ยป Downloads? It definitely should only charge you the pro-rated amount. I would like to replicate your method.
