    Is there a formal process for upgrading? Remove 2.0 all together and re-install 2.01? Or unzip 2.01 and copy and paste files over old 2.0 files?

    If you’re on the backend of your site, you should go to the Plugins list – where there will be an actual update prompt. Are you not seeing that?
