ParticipantAs per the title, after upgrading the Event Tickets plugins, any tickets being sold via Events Tickets Plus don’t show on the front-end event page, and the edit event page only has the RSVP section available rather than the WooCommerce Product ticket.
I tried to use the debug mode but it doesn’t seem to report anything. It’s almost like updating Event Tickets uninstalls Event Tickets Plus. I don’t know how else to describe it.
For now, I have restored the previous version from my backups so I’m still up without any loss of data.

I’m really sorry to hear that – disruption following an update is something we try hard to avoid.
Can I just confirm in the first instance that you have updated both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus?

ParticipantYes sorry I didn’t mention it first. I had updated the both of them and found the problem. I first restored event tickets plus from backup, the result was the same. I next restored event tickets from backup and the plus features reappeared at that point.

MemberHmm, that’s odd.
Do you happen to be in a position to do some testing on a clean staging site (even if that’s simply a fresh WordPress installation within a subdirectory – ie example.com/testwp)?
If so, would you be able to install the latest versions of The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus and WooCommerce (and nothing else) and see if you can replicate the error there?
That might help us to figure out if the problem is more general in nature or if it is in some way specific to your current live site.
Currently, I’m afraid I am unable to replicate what you have described which is why I’m thinking about alternative ways to approach this.

I’m sorry I missed your previous message.
I set up a clean environment as you suggested and everything seemed fine. I then copied the raw files from the clean to production and it worked again. Both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus are 4.6.2.
Either it was something in the most recent update, or something with my installer.
