Updating EC and ECPRO to 3.1 won’t complete

    I have tried unsuccessfully to update to EC and ECP 3.1. Does not seem to produce an error message, just hangs on unpacking the update.
    I have now deactivated ALL plugins and I still have the same response.
    Any advice?

    Update: I want to add to this post that I have now had to DELETE my calendar files and start over. Unfortunately, I cannot even install version 3.1 at all. The plugin just hangs and nothing else seems to happen.

    Hi joalpdavis,

    I’m really sorry to hear the update process has been so problematic for you! I hope that you had a backup of your database?

    Just to clarify- are you getting the hanging update when you try to automatically update? Have you tried updating manually (by reinstalling the plugins instead of via the Plugins page links)? And also, can you confirm what versions of the plugins you were on previously?
