Updates will not upload

I have been trying to upload both The Events Calendar Pro and the Community Events to the latest version, it keeps telling me that it already has the file. But the plugins are still at an old version.

The new version is 4.2.1
Current version is 4.1.2

For whatever reason, it allowed me to update is as a regular plugin. Not sure as to why it worked this time and not last time. But it’s updated now.
